Veer Zaara Re-Release Worldwide Collection: Shahrukh Khan and Preity Zinta’s blockbuster romantic film ‘Veer-Zaara’ has been released in theatres many times. Whenever the film comes on screen, it becomes a hit. Once again ‘Veer-Zaara’ was released and this time the film created history. On re-release, the film has joined the worldwide 100 crore club.
‘Veer-Zaara’ was re-released on 13 September (Friday) and it had a great opening in India. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, ‘Veer-Zaara’ earned 20 lakh rupees on the first day. The film earned 32 lakh rupees on Saturday and 38 lakh rupees on Sunday. ‘Veer-Zaara’ collected 20 lakh rupees on Monday, 18 lakh rupees on Tuesday, 15 lakh rupees on Wednesday and 14 lakh rupees on Thursday.
‘Veer-Zaara’ has a great worldwide collection on re-release
‘Veer-Zaara’ collected a total of Rs 1.57 crore at the domestic box office in a week. The film earned Rs 1.80 crore abroad. ‘Veer-Zaara’ was also released on the screen in February this year. From 2005 to 2024, the film was re-released several times and earned more than Rs 100 crore worldwide. Shahrukh Khan and Preity Zinta’s film has earned a total of Rs 102.60 crore in re-release so far.
Story of ‘Veer-Zara’
Veer-Zaara, directed by Yash Chopra, was first released in 2004. It is a love story in which Shahrukh Khan And Preity Zinta is in the lead role. The film depicts the love story of an Indian boy and a Pakistani girl. They get separated due to the enmity between the two countries and then unite after years of waiting. Actress Rani Mukerji, Kirron Kher, Boman Irani, Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher and Divya Dutta are also a part of the film.
